Dr.
Vincent Sferra is the founder of Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation and has
been in practice for over 23 years and has been providing health and wellness
lectures and screenings in corporate settings and the community for over a
decade.
He
is the Director of Physical Rehabilitation at Natural Medicine
& Rehabilitation and is Board Certified in Chiropractic Medicine.
He
is also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and holds certification by the
National Strength & Conditioning Association.
He
is a recipient of the “Spirit of Somerset” award for
outstanding contribution and Community Service through natural healthcare
and lifestyle education to the public.

Dr. Carol O. Ellis, M.D.

Dr. Carol Ellis is a
principle member of Natural Medicine & Rehabilitation. Since 1988, Dr.
Ellis has been certified by the Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational
Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of
Virginia, and completed her internship/residency training in Detroit. Her
experience includes 12 years at the Kennedy Space Center, fifteen years as
Medical Director for AT&T, and several years in private practice in
Manhattan.
She
was affiliated with Beth Israel Medical Center and New York Medical
College. She is past president of the New York Occupational Medical
Association and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and
Environmental Medicine. She trained in Botanical and Nutritional Medicine
at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. She is currently a member of
the Academy of Anti-aging Medicine. Special interests include herbal
medicine, Tai Chi, Pilates, and scuba diving..

Dr. Andrew L. Sirlin, D.C.

For over 23 years, Dr.
Andrew Sirlin has dedicated his life to helping people create a better
quality of life for themselves and their families through a deeper
understanding of health, nutrition, and wellness.
He is a highly
respected Doctor of Chiropractic with a private practice in Long Island,
New York and currently serves as Director of Patient Care at Natural
Medicine and Rehabilitation in Branchburg, New Jersey.
In addition to his
practice, Dr. Sirlin lectures to fortune 500 companies throughout the
country on fitness, nutrition, stress management, and the relationship
these have to productivity and achievement.
A highly regarded
expert on the impact of motivation and an individual's performance, Dr.
Sirlin uses analogies to provide a clearer understanding of the
thoughts, actions, and habits that lead to better health and high
achievement. His innovative ideas have been credited with
significantly changing the mental and physical health of members of his
audience.

Herminio Solon III, R.P.T.

Herminio M. Solon III is Director of Physical Therapy at Natural Medicine &
Rehabilitation and is licensed in the State of New Jersey.
He is also certified in Functional Capacity Evaluation.
Herminio has been a Physical Therapist for over 10 years and frequently
treats a variety of injuries including sports, occupational, and age
acquired injuries.
Some
of his treatment techniques include PRE’s, stretching, PNF, Bobath,
William’s flexion Ex., Robin Mckensie Ex., Klapp’s Ex., Frenkle’s Ex., Wound
care, Chest PT, Manipulation, Pain Management, gait training
and transfers.
