People are seeking ways to cleanse their bodies of toxins for many reasons: weight loss, heart burn, digestive problems such as gas and bloating, acne and other skin problems, body aches and pains, fatigue or just to become healthier. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 handful of parsley or cilantro
1/2 green apple
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
12 oz. Coconut Water
