Day #17 The first 100 days: A journey to health and wellness

Day #17

Sean:

We both had a busy day today and I still need to exercise so I need to make this entry quick. The bad weather has not made it easy to stick to our new routine, but so far we are rolling with the punches and still making healthy food choices and keeping up with our exercise goals. Tonight, I’m doing the 1&1 exercise plan (pic posted on day #12, I will repost now). Kristen and I did the 1&1 the other night, it is a great workout. I highly recommend it.

Many people have told us they would like to start a weight management plan (or a diet in general) but they can’t give up sweets and many people have also asked “What is the secret to losing weight?” The plan was to talk about those things this evening, but the day got away from me. Please take a look at the links below, there is some great information about tips to curb sugar cravings and secrets to losing weight.
