Gluten-free Breakfast Muffin

With just 4 ingredients and in only 2 minutes, you’ll be enjoying this home-made breakfast muffin.

  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 3 Tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking power and a pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a ramekin bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the ramekin and miss together until combined.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds until firm, or bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the ramekin and slice in half.
  5. Toast in the toaster and enjoy!
