With just 4 ingredients and in only 2 minutes, you’ll be enjoying this home-made breakfast muffin.
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 3 Tablespoons almond flour
- 1 Egg
- ½ teaspoon baking power and a pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a ramekin bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the ramekin and miss together until combined.
- Microwave for 90 seconds until firm, or bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the ramekin and slice in half.
- Toast in the toaster and enjoy!
