Homemade Granola Bars
Healthy, economical and simple to make!
Made with whole foods, and
no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
1 cup chopped raw cashews
1/2 cup chopped raw almonds
1/2 cup dried tart cherries
1/2 cup puffed rice cereal or oats
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. whole golden flaxseeds
1/4 cup brown rice syrup or honey
1 Tbsp. almond butter
Mix all ingredients together.
Press firmly into a 7 x 11 baking pan.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
