Homemade Hot Cocoa Recipe

  • 1 cup cashew milk

  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp. maple syrup

  • a dash of salt

  • and a drop of vanilla

Heat and enjoy this cozy drink that contains serotonin which acts as an anti-depressant and stimulates endorphins. Dark chocolate also contains flavonoids which can help lower blood pressure and LDL cholesterol, helping to decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease.
