Protein Packed Pancakes
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 egg whites
1 drop of vanilla
1 dash of cinnamon
cream cheese and fresh berries
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- Make pancakes. (Batter will be thicker than traditional pancakes so spread the batter to form a thin layer.)
- Serve topped with fresh berries.
- OR make 2 large pancakes and stuff with a layer of softened cream cheese and fresh berries.
