2 cans of chickpeas, rinsed and dried
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 garlic clove, minced
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Toss all ingredients together
- Bake in a single layer on a cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes or until crunchy
