- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. of pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices (or cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves and all spice)
- 2-3 ice cubes
