- Preheat oven at 350°
- Steam your sweet potatoes
- While the potatoes are steaming, saute organic grass fed beef with chopped onions and seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika
- Place the cooked ground beef on top of the steamed sweet potatoes and place them on a baking dish, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.
