Happy Friday!

This week has flown by! On Monday I set a goal to go to the gym 5 days this week, so far I have only gone 2 days. Eek! In order to meet my goal, I had to exercise at home tonight. It’s not the gym, but it counts.

A few days ago, I mentioned that in order to be successful at living a healthy lifestyle we need to create new habits. So here is new habit for me: I will do at home exercises when I can’t make it to the gym.

It’s possible and probable that I will still lose weight this week if I only go to the gym 4 days, but that’s not the point. I set a goal to myself to exercise 5 days, I will do my best to achieve that goal.

Tonight I did  20 minutes of the Daily Workout picture, to include a variety of planks. As much as I don’t like planks, they are a great way to improve core strength and work multiple muscle groups.

Attached are some good at home exercise routines, including 2 fun exercises to do during commercials.

Kristen is shopping for wedding stuff with her family tonight, she sends her love. The food dehydrator that we ordered, arrived today. This weekend there will be many food experiments.
