Chia seeds are a small but mighty seed to help improve your bone health! They contain calcium, magnesium and phosphorus which are all vital for healthy bones and muscles. They also contain a high level of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids which can help protect against bone loss.
Coconut milk contains calcium, magnesium, manganese, and phosphate to help you strengthen your bones and prevent osteoporosis.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla and/or almond extract
- Pinch of salt
In a glass mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
