Try this simple 3 ingredient dessert for a healthy alternative.
- 2 cups of Pineapple
- 2 Mangoes
- 1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
- Cut fruit into chunks
- Freeze the fruit
- Once frozen, put in blender with coconut milk & blend well
- Pour into a pan and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
- Use an ice-cream scoop to serve and enjoy this healthy treat!
