Homemade Sorbet

Store bought desserts can be loaded with unhealthy fats, sugar, artificial ingredients and calories!
Try this simple 3 ingredient dessert for a healthy alternative.
  1. 2 cups of  Pineapple
  2. 2 Mangoes
  3. 1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
  • Cut fruit into chunks
  • Freeze the fruit
  • Once frozen, put in blender with coconut milk & blend well
  • Pour into a pan and freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Use an ice-cream scoop to serve and enjoy this healthy treat!
