Kiwi Fruit Tree

Brighten up the spread of holiday cookies by adding some healthy fruit.

Recipe for building strong bones by Dr. Claudia Tamas

Here’s what you’ll need to build your Kiwi Fruit Tree:

  • Kiwi slices
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Apple
  • Celery Stick
  • Lemon Juice

Assemble the kiwi slices on a platter to look like a tree.
Use the celery stick to create the tree trunk.
Decorate your kiwi fruit tree with pomegranate seeds and blueberries.
Cut the apple into thin slices and use a cookie cutter to cut out a star for the top of the tree.
To prevent the apple from turning brown, dip them in some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
You can also decorate the platter with snowflakes by using an apple slice and cutting out snowflake shapes with a cookie cutter.
Happy Holidays!
