Create more of my own healthy meals and snack. Remove coffee and wheat from my diet. Wake up and say 3 things for which I am grateful. Remember to practice my affirmations daily. Take a group class at my gym daily.
I plan to try a healthy recipe every month. I want to pick an ingredient I’ve never used before and try it in meals, snacks, or a baked good!
I’m trying to eat less sugar. I am swapping my Vanilla Coffee Creamer for Half & Half. I’ll go from 20 grams of sugar with my morning coffee to 2 grams. That’s 14 pounds of less sugar a year!
I will walk 15 minutes every morning and do 30 minutes cardio 5 days a week. Also, allow myself only 1 small sweet every day.
