Ingredients:
2 large bananas, mashed
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
5 large eggs
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 up coconut flour
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of fine-grain sea salt
maple syrup
- Preheat the waffle iron
- Combine: bananas, pumpkin, eggs, almond butter, and coconut oil in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Then add the coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt and blend until well mixed.
