Mindfulness Workshop

Mindfulness can free us from an endless stream of thoughts and emotions and reduce the body’s response to stress. With practice anyone can become mindful and better equipped to handle every day challenges.  There is recognized science that supports the physical and mental benefits of using mindfulness.

The workshop consists of fun and easy techniques and exercises that include:

  • Diaphragmatic breathing
  • Using your 5 senses
  • Mindful eating
  • Bowl chimes

Mindfulness techniques can decrease heart rate, blood pressure, anxiety, pain and more!
